Kebab ayam / chicken kabab

Chicken kabab...


Resepi asal dari rasamalaysia.com disini. Ada rasa pedas2 sikit sebab ada serbuk paprika dan chili flakes.  hmmm... memang sedap...resepi dibawah FnF dah ubah sedikit sahaja dari resei asal.


Bahan2

400g dada ayam boneless*
1 biji lada capsicum hijau*
1 biji lada capsicum kuning/merah*
1 biji bawang besar*

Bahan Perapan

1 1/2 sb minyak zaitun
1 sb jus lemon
1/2 -1 sk serbuk paprika
1/2 sk chili flakes
1/2 sk serbuk jintan putih (FnF tambah juga 1/2 sk serbuk ketumbar)
1/4 drpd bawang besar (kisar)
2 ulas bawang putih (kisar)
1/4 sk garam
1sk madu (resepi asal takde)


Cara2

Bahan * dipotong kiub/dadu.

Marinate dengan bahan perap sekurang2nya 1 jam.
Cucukkan ayam dengan metal skewer / bamboo skewer dan selang selikan dengan lada capsicum dan bawang besar.
Grill hingga masak. 
Beruskan minyak zaitun semasa menggrill.

Jika guna bamboo skewer, rendam dlm air sejuk semalaman supaya tak terbakar masa proses menggrill. 
(FnF skip...tu pasal rentung2...ehehehe...)

  1. Salam kak, akak grill guna arang eak? oooowwwhhhh... patut pun kalau kita bakar satay selalu rentung bamboo skewer tu! bukan takat rentung kdg sampai patah hihihi... kena rendam ya? ok ok, lenkali kalau buat rendam semalaman ya :D tak pernah buat kebab, nanti leh cuba :-)

  6. FnF..sedapnya..hubby cukup suka kebab..makan dengan nasi mandhey..waaa nak secucuk...oooo gitu ye..lidi tu kena rendam dulu..aiseh punyalah tatau no wonder la asek terbakar hahahah
